Ed Harris Will Play John McCain In 'Game Change'

Ed Harris reportedly has been cast as John McCain in HBO’s coming movie Game Change.

The 60-year-old actor will play Sen. John McCain in the movie, which follows his 2008 presidential campaign, THR reports. He will star opposite Julianne Moore, who was cast as Sarah Palin earlier this month.

The movie will be an adaptation of the best-selling book Game Change, an insider account of the historic 2008 election, written by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann. The film will be directed by Jay Roach, who won an Emmy for his 2008 HBO film Recount, a film about the 2000 Presidential election.

This movie already has my attention. Ed Harris & Julianne Moore are stellar actors. I bet John McKane is happy with the choice too. Ed’s one sexy older man!

Julianne played Ed Harris’s mother in “The Hours.” Funny reversal to now be playing running mates.
