The 24-year-old actress was joined on set by co-stars Cory Monteith and Chord Overstreet.
Earlier in the day, Lea and boyfriend Theo Stockman grabbed some drinks and groceries at Whole Foods.
Lea recently answered some fan questions on her Twitter page while on break from shooting Glee.
