This is a good thing to do. I hope it sends a clear message.
I don’t know anything about this but it’s great they are standing up for people who are being oppressed.
the idiots who posted negative comments on a man who is trying to get the government of belarus to give freedom to its artists should stand with jude and do something good in this world instead of hiding behind computers annonomously.
this is what .jude law had to say and he’s being criticiized for it?
dom of speech is not just about artistic expression but also about fundamental freedoms, Law said according to the Press Association.
“We have the opportunity in this country to protest, to be heard and to use our freedom of speech. It’s our responsibility, therefore, that we speak for those who are less fortunate, especially as fellow Europeans.
“One would hope that this dictator will internationally be recognised for what he’s doing, the tyranny that he’s forcing people to live under.”
Eight words – Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.
Good movie.
Nice going, guys! Way to make a difference by speaking out for those who don’t have the right to do so themselves.
Way to go idiots! Why don’t you get off your lazy bums and do something instead of criticizing people who at least try to help others?
Say what you will about his personal life but Jude at least involves himself in a lot of charities – he’s very into the Make A Wish Foundation of which he does below the radar. He takes a lot of those handicapped kids to movies, plays and concerts himself without a lot of fuss. What do you people do?
Funny how the media isn’t reporting this, but points the finger everytime China blinks. Western hypocrisy.
Its so stupid!! All these stars never know what thay defend on protests like this one!!
白俄羅斯不錯呀!
@Ria:
Hahaha, is that for the Sligo/Kaz troll ? Don’t waste your time because he trolls all the JJ threads, usually the first few posts and it’s always gibberish.
Jude is a good guy and a lovely guy..
i don’t know what to say other than best wishes for achieving the goal
