…why does she keep signing kids?

    She singer? But where

  • kaz simply Amaazingg !!!!!!!!

I Love Elle fanning but where is she?

She sounds better than Greyson Chance for sure but she can’t just mimic black popular singer’s and be taken seriously. She has to develop her own singing style even with Jennifer Hudson you can walk into any black church and hear something similar or better. I personally think Fantasia has a style of her own that stands out a little but you can’t just mimic other singer’s with stronge vocals… even if your a little white girl.

This is Ellen’s 3rd signing, not second. There is Tom Andrews as well, think he is 16.
Wish she’d stop it with the kids tho >_>

  • Iffy Miffy

These kids need childhoods not contracts. This world has totally lost it.

  • Frida

I love Ellen but I agree with everyone, why does she keep signing kids?! They’ve got plenty of time for a career when they’re older. Let them be KIDS.

  • In The Know

Do you have any idea how many kids like this are floating around the music business being brought in by their parents to anyone that might listen or possibly have connections???

I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of 200-250. National anthem queens like this are in reality a dime a dozen.

I can tell you that the Greyson Chance thing was in reality complete “AstroTurfing”.

I think that this little girl is AMAZING!! NO ONE at eleven years old has their own style entirely mapped out. She will learn as time goes on. Leann Rhymes was 14 years old when she signed her first contract. I believe in kids being kids, but I also believe in showcasing amazing talent like this. I’m sure her parents are still allowing her to be “just a kid”…as for Ellen picking kids, why not? It’s not like the music industry is full of stunning talent these days or anything. It seems to me in today’s music industry, it’s a lot more about who you know or how much money you have than it is about real raw talent.

Savannah can actually SING…no machines fixing her voice or being digitally remastered. Just plain old fashioned ass whooping singing! And as for anyone being able to sing Jennifer Hudson, I think NOT….

  • Jonesy

she needs to open her mouth more, and a couple of her held notes were off tune. Amazing voice otherwise, ‘rough’ but in a good way. I’m so over that song though everyone one sings it all the time it’s like ok I get we’re going to love you…. an all the other people who sing this song.
