Jesse Metcalfe goes shirtless in this shot from Men’s Fitness‘ May 2011 issue, where he’s named the MF Guy!
The 32-year-old actor works up a sweat with MMA training in Dallas, Texas! “I do a lot of striking and jiu-jitsu. It’s a different form of conditioning,” Jesse said, adding that he’s gained five to seven pounds of pure muscle since he began sparring!
“I start nearly every day with a workout,” Jesse added. “It sets my day in a positive direction, and when you release those endorphins, you just feel good.”
