OlderJake Gyllenhaal: 'Source Code' Comes to Apple Soho
Jake Gyllenhaal makes an appearance at the Apple Store Soho to promote his new thriller, Source Code, on Friday (April 1) in New York City.
The 30-year-old actor was joined by co-star Michelle Monaghan and director Duncan Jones to discuss their film, which hit theaters the same day.
The day before, Jake was a guest on Live with Regis and Kelly where he witnessed guest co-host and Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba get engaged on live TV.
Turns out that wasn’t the first time he saw a proposal!
“I was actually once staying at a hotel and I saw, outside of my room, a guy proposed to a girl. I opened the door and I was like, ‘Congratulations!’” Jake told ET.
FYI: Jake is wearing Hoyle Jackson jeans and Michelle is wearing Nobody‘s Cult Skinny in black.

Lately I find him to be annoying. He used both Reese Witherspoon and Taylor Swift as a showmance publicity stunt dumping that young girl cruelly and now he comes across as just goofy. He is not talented and each movie he is in tanks..so we will read about him having a breakdown .

Ok I saw the movie and it’s average. I saw it in spite of Jake G. not because of him. I saw Moon and liked Duncan’ s work. That’s the reason I went to see this movie.
Michelle was the best one in the movie.

I’ll be seeing this movie. It has been getting great reviews, but Hop will probably be the #1 movie this weekend since all the parents will be taking thier kids to see “a family movie”
I saw this film today in Russia. Jake is good, the film’s idea good too, but I didn’t understand the end. It’s too tangled :) but I recommend to go in the cinema and see Jake’s job
