OlderJared Padalecki & Jensen Ackles: Wild Wild West!
Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles film scenes for their CW show Supernatural on Thursday (March 31) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
In an upcoming episode, the two co-stars’ characters, Dean and Sam, get transported to the Old West where they “find a formula to battle Eve, the mother of all monsters, but the problem is the only record of this formula ever existing happened over a 100 years ago,” Jensen told TV Line.
“I sent a picture to my father [from this episode], and he wrote back, ‘You’ve been rehearsing this scene since you were six,’” he added, referring to his love for Westerns.
Jensen also teased he gets “to have, like, a high noon shootout .. we packed a lot into a 42-minute episode. It’s really good.”

Sadly, not even a Western episode, which I’ve wanted since S1, will entice me back to watching this miserable representation of a show I used to absolutely love. I truly loath and despise the writers for what they’ve done to what was once a unique, innovate and entertaining show. S6 has been so horribly I had to stop watching after episode 11, could careless about the fanservice angel storyline, the writers should truly be ashamed. Lucky for them they have a small dedicated fanbase that will continue to watch regardless of the crap and dumbing down the writers are produced this season. Sad they had a real gem and they screwed up, not nearly as clever or witty as they think they are. 1 thing this fandom taught me though, don’t ever watch anything from Kripke/Gambles or England, they just don’t have the talent to maintain a long story arc while remaining true to their characters.
Oh this show, Jared’s so gorgeous in off set candids. but they always style his hair weird to make him look awful I swear.

Good god, Jensen Ackles is gorgeous. Look at that smile, in that one picture, it looks like he’s thanking god the season is finally finished filming. :D I am also VERY excited for the Wild West episode. I saw a picture of Jensen, I mean Dean;), in his duster, he looks classic. If ever a man was meant to wear a cowboy hat and duster, it’s him.

Season six has definitely had some major problems, but it sounds like minus1fan might have issues besides being an apparent illiterate and the writing. In spite of the rough course s6 has been, I will not give up on the show, because I believe the writers can pull off a save even this late in the game. I would like a season seven, if only so the writers can redeem themselves from the crapfest season six has been so far. But I do love Supernatural, even if I will not be purchasing season 6 on DVD.
