So beiing black and very curly hair (like I am), is s.h.i.t.t.y, and doesn’t exists in the medias, but if you’re all fake, and become blonde, and straigh hair, and everything….you’re the most beautiful one.

Waaouuuw, what a message and example to people, men and women, especially the youngest.

    F You people.

American Idol saved her phony *ss. If it wasn’t for the show Jen would have faded into obscurity.
Her agent & PR did a lot of wheeling and dealing to get her on the cover of People.

    mary Says:

WOW!! She is pretty and all, but I am sure there are more people out there that are much prettier. Besides…she has been bed too many times, by too many men!!

What about Mila kunis what number did she come?

    annie Says:

@Mllef: Why everything has to be about race? She is a Latina and has shown that she is proud of that. Dyeing your hair or straightening it does not change who you are and imo JLO has been the same way all along.

    Melissa Says:

She’s beautiful, but I feel like this shoulda happened circa 2003. I dont know she just doesnt seem right for this, what about someone else? I feel like it shoulda been someone else, not her. But whatever, congrats Jen

    @annie:

First honey, I was not talking about race, I was talking about black hair and curly hair, not beiing black, but actually the subject is almost the same.

If you juge people about their beauty, so about the appareance, it’s stupid to choose someone who change many things.

And it’s pernicious to choose someone who decide to represent a kind of “perfect occidental figure”.

People who are not blonde, with straight hair can be very exy too.

    Try to think sometimes.

I agree and being on Idol has made her seem more real like we’re seeing Jennifer as opposed to the whole media hype J.Lo.

    cool Says:

If she’s Latina, isn’t she considered a woman of color? Anyway I’m loving the trend of women over 40 taking over the covers of magazines.
    She looks amazing!
