OlderMatthew Rutler: DUI Charges Dropped
Matthew Rutler, Christina Aguilera‘s boyfriend, will not be charged with a DUI.
Matthew and Christina were arrested on March 1 in West Hollywood.
To operate a vehicle in California, a driver must have a blood alcohol content at or below .08 – Matthew‘s was .06 at the time of his arrest, TMZ reports.
The L.A. County District Attorney rejected a DUI case against Matt, citing insufficient evidence to prosecute him.
Since the arrests, Matt and Christina have been responsible and enlisted in a chauffeur to make sure they can get home safely if they decide to imbibe on a night out.
