Jennifer Lopez brightens up the red carpet at the MET Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City.
The 41-year-old American Idol judge, who wore a stunning fuchsia Gucci gown, was joined by her husband Marc Anthony (also in Gucci).
The event is hosted by honorary chairs Salma Hayek, her husband Francois-Henri Pinault, and co-chairs Colin Firth, designer Stella McCartney and Vogue editor Anna Wintour. Special performance by Florence And The Machine!

Anyone notice Kate Winslet in the background in the second picture?! I don’t even see her whole outfit and she outshines J-Lo. Kate looks so pretty. Plus apparently she skipped the whole red carpet – there are absolutely no pictures of her posing and arrivals started at 6:30, it’s almost 10 PM now. Hahah, I think she just ran inside.
