Sarah Jessica Parker - MET Ball 2011

Sarah Jessica Parker arrives at the MET Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City.

The 46-year-old actress, who sparkled in Alexander McQueen, took Bravo’s Andy Cohen as her date for the evening.

“How lucky am I have to have SJP, glittering in McQueen, on my arm tonight?” Andy, who also wore Alexander McQueen, tweeted before the big event.

Alexander McQueen was a dear friend of Sarah‘s, and his work is being celebrated at tonight’s star studded show.

FYI: SJP glittered in Fred Leighton earrings, a brooch, and rings.

Andy Cohen is the ULTIMATE douche! He’s beyond annoying, cross-eyed, sweaty and just old and weird. She is gorge but damn, why not just put a dog on leash vs. that creepy troll who preys on young boys like a dirty old man??!!

Not even the team of stylists behind this look can hide her hideous horse-face.

I’ve been a fan for decades, but frankly, has her face been hit by a car?

thank god for you SJP! TOTAL class gorgeous!!!

45? She looks like she’s 60!

Love that dress – wish we could see the back of it. It makes her look so long and lean. She is almost always so smart about her choices – those awful Olsens could learn something from her about dressing a petite frame.

@Lucy: I was thinking the same thing! I was actually thinking it would look good with the plunging neckline of Renee’s dress! The only thing I don’t like about this dress is the neutral color. It sorta just blends into nothing. This is the MET, time to stand out and wear something that would be too “daring” for a regular carpet
