    Using animals in movies is gross. I hate these two for exploiting animals to make a buck.

    Kim Says:

    Nothing cool about circuses using live animals and these two are idiots to participate in it.

    Isla Says:

    What aholes. Has anyone seen how these animals are actually treated behind the scenes?

    Im so sick of this film, its not really a blockbuster yet they’re like the touring the whole world to pomote it. Isnt it that the Fast & The Furious 5 should have done this so-called world-tour-promo instead of this mild flop!

    BRUCE Says:

    Have any of you seen the movie ?

    It shows the extreme downside to performing animals. After this movie I will never go to another circus.

    This movie is basically a love story, and could have easily been produced with just a quick glance at the animals in the circus. I believe it took real courage to focus on the treatment of the animals in a very real way.

    These people are to be congratulated for exposing the horrors of trained animal acts. I never thought about it much before, but now I firmly believe this has to stop.

    She is so jealous of R Patt’s fame and popularity.
    omfg.
    What a stuck up snob she can be.
    I saw the movie and liked it. Thought R-Patt did a great job.

    Are you people dumb? They confirmed that they used CGI for most of the scenes with the animals. The animals were treated very well.

    UseYourHead Says:

    Have any of you that are commenting about the negative treatment of animals actually seen this movie?? I think not. It puts a spotlight on the mistreatment of animals in circus environments. Do yourselves a favour, before you babble on about a film….go see it.

    They both look good! I wish I was going to the premiere tonight.

    That’s not Tai.

    @erin…I agree…they did not fly the starring elephant to Australia for the premiere…..lol…Jared needs to check his facts.

    Kristin Says:

    Reese is so cute, looks great here! It struck me that it must be hard work, going to all these press conferences, promoting and interviews… they need to be very patient. Plus all the travelling by airplane – the ride to Australia is loooooong and boring from Europe or the US…

    On the plus side, they get to see all these places: Sydney, Paris, Barcelona, London…. wonderful! It is a shame that she missed out on Berlin, love that city!

    Robert Pattinson is a wonderful guy, extremely handsome, and has an accent. Sorry, guys. But I had to say it – he is so damn cute. For all you guys out there, be headstrong. Girls like strong men that aren’t afraid to show their true feelings at times. We need to know you’re reliable, say what you mean, and will always take care of us.

    @Jillian:

    These ‘two’ did absolutely nothing wrong for they knew nothing was wrong!!! As far as making money, Rob signed,like Reese, for 1 1/2 million, but Rob gave his paycheck to the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennesse…Basically he did this movie for nothing. His reward was his time spent with Tai…You can not make up the affection he has for her-Falling asleep by her side, while she wrapped her trunk around him, after a long day shooting or days playing with her, while they waited for their cue…Do your homework before you put down another human begin you know nothing about…You are no better than those who ARE abusive!!! Your remark shows how immature you are…Blame should not fall on those blameless!!! Did you go visit Tai like Rob did after these reports!?!

    mia Says:

    @Kim:

    I guess the 70 other ‘features’ Tai has been apart of, and everyone associated with them, are idiots too. The supposed abuse video was 7 years old. The people involved with WFE were unaware of any wrong. It was a movie, not an actual circus using live animals…A movie showing what should NOT happen to animals, and it was beautiful. Especially the relationship between Tai and Mr. Pattinson.

    What about the group who came forward with this video after WFE, and not before, even though they knew. They could have warned these actors, and others involved. It would have given them heads up, i am certain, but this group choose to say nothing. Shame on THEM!!!

    Oh well, the movie is doing wonderfully, so it backfired. People realize WFE had nothing to do with this supposed abuse, and that this extremist group has lied before. There are those that feel for the animal involved, and those innocent of this mess. One person apart of the Humane Society stated, “What of the lovely treatment Tai was recieving from the actors. That should not go unoticed here. She was treated wonderfully on set.”
