Stanley Tucci: Hunger Games' Caesar Flickerman!

Stanley Tucci has nabbed a role in The Hunger Games, the much anticipated film adaptation of Suzanne Collins‘ smash hit novel.

The 50-year-old Devil Wears Prada actor will play Caesar Flickerman, an utterly familiar charafter to all the citizens of Panem as the host of the Hunger Games. Known for his outrageous appearance and buoyant personality, his upbeat interviews of the 24 tributes – a boy and a girl from each of the country’s 12 districts – are presented on every television in the nation. He is famous for turning any conversation around to the positive and finding humor in even the most dire circumstances.

Stanley joins Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark, Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne, Wes Bentley as Seneca Crane, and Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket.
