I think he’s cute, but I’m not a fan of him and never saw a news nasty about it. Did I miss something?

    Torrance Says:

Lmao this is ridiculous. How the fudge do they turn a B-list actor’s stint as a stripper – a stripper for crying outloud! – into an entire feature film? Really? Lololol

This has to be a joke. Soderbergh? Ocean’s Soderbergh? Solaris Soderbergh? Eros Soderbergh?
A stripper movie about Channing Tatum?

One of these things is not like the other.

I loved Channing Tatum in The Eagle and I even checked out G.I Joe to see if it was as bad as I’d heard (it was, but Tatum was not as ridiculous as he could have been), but I don’t really understand the point of making a movie about his stripper days ?
Maybe Soderbergh is a friend of his ?
Well at least it’s more interesting than a movie about female strippers, that would be boring, and there are already so many of them.

    GG Says:

    Love Channing. Hate Alex.

Channing is nice, down to earth and genuine.

Alex is a little arrogant prick who does nothing but complain about what he does. He has little talent and IMO is not even good looking. The ungrateful ******* should just hurry up and get off our screens.

    Lilakoi Says:

WTF? How can they make an entire movie out of his stripper days? What amazing things happened during this time that is so worth it?! Gosh. I don’t know if I’ll watch it. Not only because of the fact that this is questionable but because I don’t like Pettifer. Channing is HOT though :p I was one of the first ones back in 2006 to know about the movie Step up because I discovered the Myspace page early with Ciara presenting the whole thing and asking dancers out there to audition to actually be in the film and there was a little sort of trailer with Channing and when I saw him, I was like WOH. What a sexy dude<3 Since then, he hasn’t done enough movies IMO. But you can’t deny his hotness!

Most legends don’t get movies about their lives.

No offense to CTatum but this has to be a joke. This is weak storyline and what’s the end result…he went from stripping to acting. Tatum’s life and career are still in progress ..he’s not Oscar winner and his movies don’t appeal to masses.

Soderbergh –hasn’t watched any of those 90′s TV Movies about Chippendales—they were awful. This is bizarre and again proves that H-WOOD is really talentless these days and vacant for good scripts.

Great, a D-list actor playing another D-List actor in a movie – isn’t hollywood great!

    Hayley Says:

Why in the world would anyone watch a movie about male strippers? Not that I’m complaining, but the plot seems to suck.

why are they making this movie? SEX SELLS.

His tattoo doesn’t mean “Thank You”, it’s means “Alex” in a different language. He was joking in that interview but obviously sarcasm goes over American interviewers’ heads.

Oh and I don’t like the sounds of this movie but I won’t judge it before I even see a trailer.

His tattoo doesn’t mean “Thank You”, it’s means “Alex” in a different language. He was joking in that interview but obviously sarcasm goes over American interviewers’ heads. And just because he doesn’t pander to the public and be fake as sh*t in interviews like most young Hollywood actors doesn’t mean he is a cocky a**hole, it just means he doesn’t have time for that superficial part of the industry which he detests.

Oh and I don’t like the sounds of this movie but I won’t judge it before I even see a trailer.
