“Now I’m standing alone in a crowded room and we’re not speaking. And I’m dying to know is it killing you like it’s killing me? I don’t know what to say since a twist of fate when it all broke down. And the story of us looks a lot like a tragedy now,” the 21-year-old country star sings.

    Thank You!! Says:

I live near the area that was destructed by tornados and I appreciate everything she has done. Sometimes I think the public and the media forget about heavily damaged areas when bigger news comes in such as Bin Laden’s death. Thank you Taylor for donated a lot of money to a lot of needy people. I also loved the video.

This song makes me want to jump up and down and dance. I saw her this past Friday and she was incredible. I also think she has a big heart for helping the people in the South out. Sometimes the world forgets we exist down here.

I love this song and video. She’s absolutely gorgeous!! She’s beautiful inside and out. What she did for those tornado victims on such a short notice was unprecedented and I think they really appreciate. Love me some Swift.

here is what i dont get
most teens now days go for the “Am an adult dont treat me like a kid attitude ”
so its a little weard for me when a 22 year old WOMEN let alone an artist still liked to be portrait as a high school drama queen
I have nothing aginst taylor …and I actually Like the song

    the song is sooo catchy!

    Mike Says:

@12 Sara..First off she’s 21 and perhaps you didn’t realize that the video is set in a college not in highschool!! Aren’t 21 year olds allowed to be in college anymore? And how is she portrayed as a highschool drama queen? The song is relatable to anyone who has ever ran into an old ex.

    beautifully &&.awesomely done. ~

Meh. Sounds like all of her other songs.

    pjm12 Says:

The contradiction of this song is its catchy-ness juxtaposed with the profoundly sad and melancholy lyrics.

    Lailah Says:

@pjm12: I feel like you used a bunch of unnecessary words to prove a point. in reality, your comment still doesn’t make sense.

it’s a BREAK-UP SONG that just so happend to be up beat and makes you want to dance. I think that was her goal.

ANYWHO…love the video & the song. She’s so young, talented, and beautiful but has such a good head on her shoulders. Alot of people (including some celebrities) should follow in her footsteps. She’s a good role model.

And that’s SO MUCH money and she raised t for such a good cause. Tragedies seem to get media attention until something bigger comes along. People are still greatly affected by those tornadoes, so it’s good to see her helping out. Keep on rocking Taylor!

    Lailah Says:

@Sara: First of all, it’s WOMAN not WOMEN. Second, she’s 21. Third it’s a VIDEO for crying out loud. Fourth, it’s set in college. She’s in a library anyway and the storyline fits with the song about a break-up and feeling awkward when you see an ex. It’s just a video again though so just relax.

Also, aside from the video, she’s a very mature person. It’s not like she acts like a “high school drama queen” in her everyday normal life. Just saying.

    nice! Says:

She hinted that this song is about her encounter with john mayer @ CMT awards.
correct me if I’m wrong, but is she suggesting the story hasn’t ended yet?
well, this is the impression I’m left with now: ” the messy paper situation, her closing the book in the middle while she says the end! ”
maybe i’m reading too much into the video but something tells me there might be a sequel to that story :)

any way.. nice song with a super cute video!
