Jake Gyllenhaal: Bulging Biceps!

Jake Gyllenhaal shows off his biceps in a sleeveless top while going for a jog on Sunday (May 29) in Los Feliz, Calif.

The 30-year-old actor wore Nike workout gear during his run and was biting his tongue while jogging down the street!

Earlier in the weekend, Jake went to a salon to get a touch up on his buzz cut.

Jake is sporting the short hair ‘do for his upcoming movie End of Watch, which he is currently working on for a theatrical release in 2012.
