Penn Badgley: Soho Shopper

Penn Badgley gets in some retail therapy in the Soho neighborhood of New York City on Friday (May 27).

The 24-year-old Gossip Girl actor tried on a variety of fedoras at the outdoor vendor’s stand. Penn showed his rugged side while shopping – he wore a plaid button down, long pants, sneakers, sunglasses and sported a scruffy beard.

Penn‘s ex-girlfriend and Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively has recently been spotted with Leonardo DiCaprio, and it is rumored the two are seeing each other.

Penn and Blake split up in September 2010.
