OlderAshlee Simpson: Tween Fashion Line with Jessica!
Ashlee Simpson picks up several magazines to read on her flight from LAX airport on Wednesday (June 1) in Los Angeles.
The 26-year-old entertainer will join her big sister, Jessica, in creating a tween line as part of the Jessica Simpson Collection!
“Creating a tween apparel collection was a natural extension for the brand. I’m excited to bring my sister, Ashlee, along as co-creative director of this division, because she brings a savvy rocker edge that defines today’s tweens,” Jess told WWD.
“My goal as co-creative director will be to design clothes that will help inspire young girls to express their personalities and creativity through fashion,” Ashlee added.
The line will include footwear and outerwear and will debut later this year with affordable pieces.

So a divorced mother is designing a line of clothes for “tweens”…oh well there are stupid people out there who keep these 2 rich!

The fact that the Simpsons are involved in this (even though it’s in name only) is what is so off putting. No matter what it looks like, I would never buy it just because of of the Simpson name.
