Blake Lively is beautiful in blue as she heads to ABC Studios on Tuesday (June 14) to tape an appearance on Live with Regis & Kelly in New York City.
The 23-year-old actress rocked a Floral Cutout Cap Sleeve Dress in blue by Tibi and finished her look with a fun pair of leopard print platform heels.
On Monday, Blake showed off her gorgeous gams at the 2011 Ghetto Film School Spring Benefit, where she showed support for director David O. Russell.
Blake is back in town after a whirlwind trip overseas, where she spent time in Monaco, Italy, and France with rumored beau Leonardo DiCaprio.

I think she has a beautiful face. Doesn’t look like a typical plain jane blond. She actually has a unique look about her. maybe not perfectly pretty but very very VERY striking. There’s no denying that.

Being blond doesn’t automatically means you’re beautiful people. I can’t deny that she’s pretty, that she has a bangin’ body BUT she’s NOT beautiful. And while some of you may love her, her acting talent is not subjective not when she such an obviously bad actress.
