OlderChris Pine: Hike with Dane Cook!
Chris Pine goes on a hike through Runyon Canyon on Wednesday (June 22) with pal Dane Cook in Los Angeles.
The 30-year-old actor has been friends with Dane for quite some time now – check out this picture from Twitter of Dane and Chris at the VMAs!
Earlier in the month, Chris sported a scruffy beard as he checked out the premiere of Super 8 with his Star Trek director, J.J. Abrams!
Chris will hit the big screen in several projects next year, including This Means War, Welcome to People, and Rise of the Guardians, where he’ll voice a character.

NO! He shaved his beard off! He should of just trimmed it a bit, not gotten rid of it completely. I guess we can say it wasn’t for a role.

The beard was OK – could still see his lovely blue eyes and lips, of course and – Chris looked contented/happy in the photo with JJ Abrams. Really great.
CP does look better without the beard. He looks lighter, younger somehow. Shame he has his head down in those photos. Anyway, Chris is looking great. Can’t wait to see him play “my captain” again.

Anyway, it’s been a cold, wet, bleak day here and seeing him hiking in the sun wearing that bright red “jazz” shirt has brightened my day.
