OlderLady Gaga: Weird Al Yankovic's 'Perform this Way' Video!
Lady Gaga puts her paws up at the MTV Video Music Aid Japan Press Conference held at Billboard Live Tokyo on Thursday (June 23) in Tokyo, Japan.
The 25-year-old singer will be participating in the concert fundraiser for the Japanese Red Cross this weekend.
Weird Al Yankovic has released the music video for his Lady Gaga parody “Perform This Way,” off his new album, which just hit stores.
In the song, Al sings “My mama told me when I was hatched/act like a superstar/Save your allowance/buy a bubble dress/and someday you will go far.”

The say that , “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” Lady Gaga is an amazing performer/entertainer/singer/songwriter. Lady Gaga is the entire package. She is outrageous, extravagant, atrocious, but most importantly she is ECCENTRIC. The one thing I admire the most abou Lady G. is that she stays true to herself first and foremost. She doesn’t let the negative criticism people say about her change her. She feeds off the negative energy and comes back with a vengeance and several number one hits which are always playing on the radio/tv. Lady G. is definitely one of a kind. She is a force to be recokend with. So, let people imitate her, it only makes her stronger. Lady G. stepped onto the scene and change it forever. Why you ask??? Because, its in her blood, its who she is…she was “BORN THIS WAY.” And lucky for us we get to share in some of her talents. Personally, I can’t get enough of Lady G., but I have had more than enough of Weird Al. Isn’t her like 100 years old by now. lol! He used to make parodies back when I was a child in the 80′s. When will the madness stop?? I know its all in good fun. And yes, I like it. There I said it. Lagy G. was born to “Perform This Way.” Thats why you can’t take your eyes off of Lady Gaga for even a second. People always want to know what she will be wearing next. Lady Gaga brings her art to life and either you can embrace it or you can chose to question it. Either way Lady Gaga is here and she is here to stay for a very long time. :-)
