'Cars 2' Tops Box Office

Cars 2 topped the box office this week, bringing in $67 million in ticket sales.

Second place went to Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake‘s Bad Teacher, which performed better than expected and took in $31 million.

Third place went to Green Lantern 3D, with $18 million, followed by Super 8 with $12.2 million.

Rounding out the top five was Mr. Popper’s Penguins with $11 million.

Just outside of the top five were X-Men: First Class, The Hangover Part II, and Bridesmaids, each of which earned under $7 million.

    We viewed Cars 2 this weekend and it was very cool with the scenery in Italy, London, France, and Tokyo. The storyline was pretty good, accept for the little kiddos, it was a bit hard to follow. Definitely, a must see for the Summer!!
