Halle Berry: West Hollywood Wednesday

Halle Berry leaves a building while running some errands on Wednesday (June 29) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 44-year-old actress is currently in the middle of a custody battle with her ex Gabriel Aubry.

The day before, Halle went to family court claiming that Gabriel had violated their custody agreement over their 3-year-old daughter Nahla.

The lengthy court documents describe Gabriel‘s parenting skills and an incident in which he allegedly neglected Nahla, endangering her safety, according to TMZ.

Halle and Gabriel will go to court at a later date to discuss the matters.
