Maria Shriver Files for Divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger

Maria Shriver has officially filed for divorce from her estranged husband Arnold Schwarzengger, according to TMZ.

The 55-year-old journalist cited “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for ending the marriage after 25 years.

There is no prenup agreement between the two and Maria is asking for spousal support and also wants the judge to deny Arnold the right to ask for support. She is asking Arnold to pay both of their attorney fees, as well.

Maria is also asking for joint custody of their minor children, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13.

Several other celebrity divorces were recently finalized. Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds are officially back on the market, as are Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane, and George Lopez and Ann Serrano.
