Chace Crawford: Accused Murderer in 'House Gun'?

Chace Crawford arrives at LAX Airport to catch a departing flight on Friday (July 1) in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old Gossip Girl star is set to star as a South African accused of shooting and killing his housemate in The House Gun, the L.A. Times reports.

Pierce Brosnan will reportedly play his father, “a respected architect who is convinced of his son’s innocence.”

“The family then hires a black lawyer, in what becomes a story of morality and race in post-apartheid South Africa,” adds the LAT.

Chace has also signed on to star opposite Katie Holmes in the romantic comedy, Responsible Adults.
