OlderAlex O'Loughlin Covers 'Men's Fitness' August 2011
Hawaii Five-0 star Alex O’Loughlin shows off his toned arms on the cover of Men’s Fitness magazine’s August 2011 issue.
Here’s what the the 34-year-old Australian actor had to share:
On loving workouts outside of the gym: “I much prefer being in the canyons or the hills or the ocean – being outside and using the resistance of the earth and gravity and my own body weight. I’d rather hang from trees and do pull-ups than be in a gym, surrounded by people in Spandex.”
On keeping his mind clear with exercise: “[Attention deficit disorder] went diagnosed and I managed to keep it hidden, but it caused me a lot of frustration. When I stopped being cerebral and became physical, my mind cleared. That’s probably why I like to be so active. It’s a huge part of the balance of who I am.”

He looks soooo much better now than Moonlight days. He was almost chunky then. He is so fit and sculpted and beautiful!! I don’t understand the comment about airbrushing hair. He looks great!

He looks so great in that photo! Love the slight facial hair too. Not sure what some of the comments are about – he does have hair, no air brushing needed, and does not look old! He is getting better as he gets older – not that he was a slouch, he looked good in moonlight too (didnt care for the longer hair though) Much better these days.

Love looks fantastic in the Men’s Fitness magazine!! If you don’t think so, you need glasses!!!! He looked great in Moonlight, but on Hawaii Five-0 he looks INCREDIBLE!!!!! OMG!!! LOVE HIM!!!!!! And the show!! It’s why I watch!!
Yeah I am confused on the comments too. He looks good no matter what. Times have changed. We should all embrace the beauty within us. About the airbrush comment: I have a friend who met him and said that even in person he looks Airbrushed..thing was He wasn’t wearing any Make-up and really is a genuine guy. How bout them apples! Buying the Magazine today. Yaye!!! lol.

woooooooow!!!!! alex looks really hot every look suits him long or short hair he really got the lox this guy….he looked great in moonlight & now in hawaii 5.0 even better & better with his tatoos showing cant really complaine about anything in him i dont understand some of the black comments thou………..but :
