OlderKate Hudson & Matt Bellamy Welcome Baby Boy
Kate Hudson and her fiance, Muse rocker Matt Bellamy, are the proud parents of a baby boy, JustJared.com can confirm.
The 32-year-old actress gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Saturday (July 9), her rep confirmed.
This is the second child for Kate, who has a 7-year-old son, Ryder, from a previous marriage.
Back in January, Kate said that both she and Ryder had thought that the unborn child would be a girl. Surprise!!
Kate shared the news that she and Matt were engaged back in April during an appearance on The Today Show.
Congratulations to the happy couple!!

Why would she be disappointed it wasn’t a girl when boys are by far the most favored sex when it comes to childbirth?
she wanted a girl too much. When you want one gender too much, you often get the other ha……not that it’s a bad thing, a boy is sweet =)
Congratulations how wonderful!!! I know she really wanted a girl but still she will adore this little fellow like no tomorrow…jmo but i see Kate trying for a girl in future yrs. She’s got everything else …if that’s what makes her happy. :) Can’t wait to see a pic.

And now she can dump him,ask for a huge child support and stalk another rich man to date…the baby was born,great,now she doesn’t have to fake this engagement and relationship anymore.She got what she wanted:a baby only for her(father not included in the package),but i hope she doesn’t act as Halle Berry,which would be sad.
Maybe the next toy boy will give her a baby girl…who knows.Let’s see how long Kate will take to dump Matt and try to keep the kid all to herself,away from Matt and raise him alone…lol

@kat…. she has said she was convinced it would be a girl, a boy may be the favoured by most but not it doesn’t mean she wanted it to be.
