Miranda Kerr: Flynn Named After Late Boyfriend

Miranda Kerr has explained the meaning of her son Flynn‘s full name.

The 28-year-old Aussie model opened up to The Telegraph about why she chose to name her son Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom, partially after her first boyfriend Christopher Middlebrook, who passed away at a young age.

“Chris and I had been dating for two years,” Miranda said. “After he died, I wrote him a letter that said I hoped to name my first child after him in some way. I told [husband] Orlando [Bloom] and he was the one who said he’d be happy to do that. Orlando‘s a good guy.”
