Summit must be sweating bullets about Breaking Dawn, after seeing the first Harry Potter numbers. The two-part Twilight finale costed 263 million to make, 75 million went to the upfront salaries of the three leads at 25 million a piece. Pattinson, Stewart and Lautner also get a cut of door receipts as well (2.5% total). Summit has a highly vested interest in its success to see any profit for itself.

you are a Hufflepuff if you do not love this movie. Love!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! it’s insulting that Twilight is compared to this series. I am sooooooooooo sad this ended but all the actors in this series are going to do amazingly well and I cannot wait to see Emma in Perks of Being A Wallflower! It is such an amazing book!

if we Harry Potter fans can keep it this way….. We can possibly dethrone STAR WARS as the highest grossing movie series in history!!!!!! IN YOUR FACE, VAMPIRE SUCKERS!!!

We talk about Twishit to shut the f*ck up the twif*ckinghards even before they make any sound. We had enough of “In your face Harry Potter” when Twishit beat the previous records, now it’s our turn. Twihards are ridiculous. HP is the kind of film/book I will show to my kids, Twishit is the kind of thing (The movies look like a parody and the books are like fanfictions) I won’t show to anyone. NOT EVEN MYSELF.

Feeling sorry for those who compare Twilight & Harry Potter movies. So different from each other. I’m sure there are tons of people who like both. What do you say to them? Cut them down? Let people like what they like and get over the competition sh*t.

@kaye: So? And Transformers is about aliens from outer space. They’re different movies. Why does Twilight’s story have to be compared to Potter? Different movies have differing stories. Oh my!
