I love Jennifer Lawrence, shes one fo the very few extraordinarly talented actresses in HW, who is utterly stunning and has her head on straight. HOWEVER have these people even READ the book?? Tiffany is roughly the same age as the protaganist. NOT HALF HIS AGE. there are beautfiful actresses who are talented clsoeer to that age bracket. what of naomi watts? lauren graham? it smacks of using JL’s current name on the rise and her oscar nom rep. to get added publicity for their movie

Justin Bieber would surprise anyone with his presence in a MUSIC STUDIO !

how many roles does this make for Blake Lively losing out to other talented actresses? this is what happens when your PR team links you to every A-list project and you can’t even land one. Lively needs a new PR team. I do agree w/ the other poster about the age issue. There are talented actresses in that age bracket that could’ve played Tiffany. But in Hollywood, if you’re a woman, after 30-35 you’re considered old for exciting projects. Unless you’re Meryl Streep or Helen Mirren.

I don’t have anything against Jennifer but she seems too young for this role. An older actress would have fit the character in the book better.

@MaisyRL: it’s up to women, especially older women, in Hollywood to change that.
More female writers would be a good start…
