Rihanna beats the heat in a plunging maxi dress as she leaves her hotel on Thursday (July 21) in New York City.
The 23-year-old entertainer headed to East Rutherford, New Jersey to prepare for her latest show in her Loud tour.
Vogue Italia recently cited Ri as their woman of the year!
