Vanessa Hudgens takes a sip of her iced coffee as she hangs out with some of her gal pals on Friday (July 22) in Venice, Calif.
The 22-year-old actress showed off her shorter new ‘do and wore a long floral skirt.
Vanessa was just announced as the co-host at the 2011 Hurley Walk The Walk National Championship at the Nike U.S. Open of Surfing, the summer’s biggest youth culture festival.
Walk The Walk is the world’s largest high school fashion competition and Vanessa will judge with 90210 star Tristan Wilds at the event on August 4!

You are why young women in this country are dying of eating disorders. She gained 10 pounds and shes tiny but she looks healthy and good and she will lose it.
She probably weighs a good 100 pounds less than you.

Well, her mother has weight issues too. Let’s face it, it’s in her genes…she’s getting older and that weight is gonna catch up with her just like age…she should stop the creamy coffee runs. The short hair makes her face look rounder…

She gain weight… if u notice her arms, but I sure is for the role
she is not a naturally thin girl.
this is the natural way of her body i think, a little more meat.

Is the weight gain also for a role? She used to wear those arm jewelry things with no problem before and now you see it squished into her arm…fat.
OF COURSE it’s for a role. She just spent 2 months playing the role of a pregnant teen, so yeah, she’s gonna gain weight for a role like that. Why is this such a big deal?? She said she gained 10 lbs, and I’m sure she’ll lose it pretty fast. It’ll take her longer to grow her hair, but that was also for the role. Have to admire her guts. I always have.
