The night before, the 27-year-old Aussie actor and his wife, actress Elsa Pataky, hit the red carpet at the Captain America: The First Avenger premiere in Hollywood.
Chris has reportedly signed on to star in the drama Rush, playing British Formula One driver James Hunt.
The Ron Howard-directed flick centers on James and his rivalry with fellow driver Niki Lauda during the 1970s, Deadline reports.
