Alexander Skarsgard smiles as he leaves lunch at Gemma on Wednesday (August 3) in downtown New York City.
Earlier in the day, the 34-year-old True Blood hunk made an appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly!

During his interview with Regis and Kelly, Alex chatted about receiving an honorary doctorate earlier in the month but made fun of himself when a photo from the ceremony was shown.
“Oh God – I look like a character from Harry Potter!” he laughed.
FYI: Alexander is wearing an IWC Pilot Chrono and Persol 2388-S sunglasses.
