Neil Patrick Harris and longtime love David Burtka take their adorable 8-month-old twins, Harper and Gideon, on a yacht on Thursday (August 4) in St. Tropez on the French Riviera.

The 38-year-old How I Met Your Mother actor and his 36-year-old partner went shirtless as they soaked in the sun on top of Elton John‘s yacht.

The couple are planning to tie the knot soon now that New York has legalized gay marriage!
