OlderTeen Choice Awards Winners List 2011!
It was a fun-filled night at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (August 7) at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif.
The big winner of the evening was Taylor Swift, who went home with the Ultimate Choice Award, as well as five other awards!
Other big winners include Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Glee, Robert Pattinson, Harry Potter, The Vampire Diaires, and Pretty Little Liars.

Zac Efron won and not Vanessa Hudgens? What is wrong with that! Vanessa is a better red carpet fashion icon than Zac. I can’t wait until Harry Potter and Eclipse is over and done with so some other people can win.
I’m just shocked at the fact that people actually find that Gomez girl hotter than the goddess Mila Kunis.
How lame, TV personality to Jennifer Lopez? It should’ve been Adam Levine, but I guess that’s just because I’m so biased since I love him and Maroon 5 :) Some of these picks were poorly made though, but oh well! Glad Dan and Emma won the kiss for their Harry Potter movie! That made me smile :)

Skyscraper’s a fantastic song, but it simply does not scream “SUMMER!” to me.

To sum it all up, the TCA’s are simply a popularity and looks competition. Voters don’t care who’s deserving or not, they just want the passing trend to win. Gratz to all the winners though, at least you’re getting recognized in something.

@lucy2: Agree. If R-rated movies are nominated for Teen awards, then why pg-13 rate even exit? Sometimes they even cut some important scenes thinking it is too much for younger audience.Weird.

So happy TVD took home 5 awards, but I am biased. I was hoping Nina would win Choice Vampire, since I just do not get the whole Twilight and Robert Pattinson craze whatsoever. I can’t believe Justin Bieber won choice male hottie over Ian – that’s just insane. As for Selena Gomez, I think she’s cute and all, but again I wanted Nina to win choice female hottie. I’m SO GLAD Shane West won choice tv actor action, but was disappointed Nikita didn’t win for choice tv show action. I cannot believe Maggie Q lost out on choice tv actress action to Linda Hunt, when she doesn’t even do any action sequences on her show. That is the one thing I am SUPER pissed about – she was robbed IMO.
