The romantic comedy centers around Dr. Joseph Mortimer Granville‘s invention of the vibrator during the Victorian era.
Maggie plays the daughter of the doctor, while Hugh takes on the role of his young colleague who helps treats cases of female hysteria.
Jonathan Pryce, Rupert Everett, and Felicity Jones also star in the Tanya Wexler-directed flick, which will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival next month.

Love the bright vintage feel of it. I wasn’t cracking up or anything but it sounds intriguing. Who knew the vibrator was invented during the Victorian age?? Weren’t they the super strict, prude ones? LOL

Mother Nature, she not homely, by any means. First I would like to make sure you have moved out of your Mother’s basement. Second there are far too many copy-cat women going after what they think men want. It’s too far and few between to find a woman with natural beauty, and without graffiti on her body.

It looks well hilarious. Finally some Everett going on and the teaser just teased me so much that I am definitely going to give it a go. Just try to imagine the american puritans watching this movie: ha ha !!!!
