OlderJason Momoa: 'Conan' Goes to Planet Hollywood!
Jason Momoa holds up a huge sword while visiting Planet Hollywood Times Square on Thursday (August 18) in New York City.
The 32-year-old actor recently returned to the States after premiering his new flick, Conan the Barbarian, in London over the weekend.
Jason chatted with MovieLine about how he prepared for the intense fighting scenes in the action flick.
“I studied a lot of samurai movies, Akira Kurosawa movies, because I wanted to make him fight like a samurai, but with a broadsword. Also in terms of the stance, I wanted to be really low, so you’ll see my pose is really, really low, Japanese samurai-style. That changes the DNA in how you walk, and it helped,” he revealed.
