Hilary Duff picks up a warm drink from a Starbucks on Monday (August 22) in Studio City, Calif.
The 23-year-old actress recently announced that she and her husband, Mike Comrie, are expecting their first child!

Hil reportedly recently parted ways with The Story of Bonnie and Clyde, where she was supposed to play Bonnie Parker opposite Kevin Zegers, who also is said to have dropped out of the project.
TMZ reports that the split was amicable and while the crew would wait for Hil to give birth if they could, filming is scheduled for the fall.

The producers are idiots. They announced that Hilary and Kevin Zegers would star in it back in January 2009 and have subsequently done nothing for two and a half years.
When are they finally going to make ‘The Story of Bonnie and Clyde’? In a couple of months? Why not a year? How about a couple of decades?
I hope Hilary does more mainstream movies from now on and begins her ascension to the A-list.

Um it’s supposed to star filming in about 2 months so the producers fired her because of her pregnancy which they could’ve hidden with corsets built into the costumes. this is a pointless idea anyway the original is a classic that can never be topped.
The film producers are idiots. They told everyone that Hilary Duff would play ‘Bonnie’ in “Bonnie and Clyde’ and now they ‘bumped’ her off just because she’s pregnant? I hope Hilary does more movies after her pregnancy.. or create another album:)
They announced the project like 3 years ago and did NOTHING for all this freaking time and now oh they absolutely HAVE TO start filming in the fall????? Ya kiddin’ me! gimme a break!! it’s too bad, I was looking forward to the movie ugh, I love her anyway…

Someone who is involved with the movie has posted on its facebook that this is not exactly true. They are apparently still trying to keep both Hilary and Kevin, but he’s not available til December & she’s not until next June, so they are trying to renegotiate things to make it happen. I don’t understand why people keep calling this a remake though because it’s been said a million times that it’s not a remake of the ’67 movie at all. I’m not sure if Hilary is right to play Bonnie either, but I certainly wouldn’t mind an attempt at a more historically correct telling of the real story of Bonnie & Clyde.
Well i hope this isnt true! i was so looking forward to this movie! and i love hilary duff as a actress! she was perfect for this position! i hope she rethinks about refilming after! lol:)

yes, they shouldn’t drop hilary cause she’s the main reason this film was getting buzz, but,
you have to realize this is an independent film. not michael bay stuff.
independent films take years to make, if they even do get made.
so yes it’s been a long time in the making but that’s the movie business.
they had stated that they were ready to film in the fall, but since hilary’s pregnant, it makes sense she dropped out.
hoping they can wait until both hilary and kevin are available.

Well I hope this is really just a rumor and she is still playing her. It would be a great role for Hilary.
I feel so sorry for Hilary. First, she was wounded badly by Faye’s words that caused her to bark like a crazy dog back at Faye. Now, she’s being dropped from the film. It’s always like Faye taking the upper hands here. On other websites, it’s said Hilary got dropped/dumped from the movie NOT that she will leave it. Anyway, Hilary really should learn how to control herself when listening to other people’s opinions coz there’s no way she’s going to win Faye. I still feel sorry for HIlary though.
and hope she doesn’t feel hurt now like how she did about Faye.
