Ellen Pompeo makes a beeline for her car after leaving an appointment at a hair salon on Monday (August 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 41-year-old actress treated herself to a haircut at the spa before heading on her way.

Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes recently spoke about her plans for the upcoming season regarding possible departures of main characters from the show.
“I don’t know what I’m going to do at the end of the season yet,” Shonda confessed to TVLine.
“Until we know [who's coming back], we just don’t know [how the season will conclude],” she said.
