Rosie O'Donnell: 'The Rosie Show' Promo!

Check out this all new promo for Rosie O’Donnell‘s upcoming talk show, The Rosie Show!

“When I was 33 I think the appeal of my program was there was an authentic, genuine appreciation of pop culture,” Rosie told reporters at her TCA Panel (via THR). “I loved these people, like [Barbra] Streisand and Tom Cruise, the concept that I could meet them was really beyond my belief.”

“And now I’m 50,” she continued. “And both of those people have stayed in my house, right? So the enthusiasm that I had for celebrities is changed. I have evolved and grown, and the show is going to be reflective of that.”

The Rosie Show
premieres October 10 at 7 p.m. on OWN.

Her daughter is so adorable. She is going to grow up to be a beautiful young lady.

I will not be watching this ranting raving pig of a woman. She is a total fake. Acts all nice on T.V. and is a total b*tch off the camera. I feel sorry for her kids.

    Cute daughter!

  • yuck

I agree . I used to like her but her political rantings and bullying have disappointed me.

  • laverdadduele

A bitter whale ranting about her liberal views? No, thank you.

i’m glad she’s back. i really hope she does well. however below is a transcript of the interview with Tom Selleck May 19, 1999. According to a friend’s mother, who worked for network in question, the back lash against Rosie was unbelievable. i only hope she doesn’t do another interview like this one again

She’ll be fabulous and will be a boon for OWN which has really languished with no good programming, to speak of.

YAY! Can’t wait. I miss Rosie, love her kind heart and generous giving. Love her comedy!! I will be watching.

As for the Tom Selleck incident, very bad that it happened, but it happened a long time ago. Move on. As for her political views, well,
she has every right to them just like you and me, she just has a better
venue for getting them heard. You want to talk about annoying – it’s that Elisabeth Hasselbeck!!!!

    lovely! can’t wait!

I love Rosie, too! I’m 44, educated, Southern Baptist raised (ugh) in a hypocrite family. I’d love to have a few outspoken Rosie’s in my family tree. If I even say her name at a family function…my name goes straight to the prayer list. Again. Sigh.

I’m so F’n excited Rosie is back. I really missed her….
