“I’m most excited for the new artists tonight. Good luck kids!” Joel tweeted before the show.
Joe, who also met up with ex Demi Lovato at the show, hit the stage to introduce Chris Brown‘s performance.
“To be able to work with Chris and see him perform, I love watching him play,” Joe told MTV about his “See No More” co-writer.
FYI: Joe is wearing DSquared2.
The 2011 MTV VMAs airs live TONIGHT at 9/8c!
