Hilary Duff rocks a sheer top as she heads into Mo’s Fine Foods on Sunday (August 28) in Burbank, Calif.
The 23-year-old pregnant actress was joined for lunch by her older sis Haylie.

That same day, Hil sent out a prayer to all those effected by Hurricane Irene.

Why don’t you send them money instead? Light and love are not going to rebuild their homes, you know.
She maybe did, if you paid attention, Hilary’s know for doing A LOT of charity work (she represents Blessings in a backpack, she serves food in shelters several times a year, plus everything we don’t know).

@Nano: To be honest, I don’t care if she does charity work or not. If she does, good for her. When it comes down to it, what does she do to warrant such attention? She hasn’t been relevant for years. How sad that being pregnant brought her back into the limelight. She’s lapping it all up.

EXACTLY, She’s just starting her pregnancy, um hello, obviously. She just announced her pregnancy at the beginning of Aug. -____- & there’s plenty others of people doing that, and I know for a fact she sent money, who knows…
She’s still so small! I can hardly see a belly!
