OlderJared Leto: MTV VMAs 2011 with 30 Seconds to Mars!
Jared Leto and his 30 Seconds to Mars bandmates hit the black carpet at the 2011 MTV VMAs on Sunday (August 28) at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.
The 39-year-old entertainer and his band were nominated for Best Cinematography, Best Direction, and Best Editing, all for their song “Hurricane.”
The guys sadly didn’t win any of the awards they were nominated for.
Jared hit the stage during the show to present an award with Zoe Saldana.

How did I not know that he is a singer and has a band?!! I was watching “Requiem for a Dream” the other day and he was unbelievable! Does anyone know if he still acts?

@chris: Why should he? So he would be ordinary like you? He looks very good just the way he is.
He looks just as good in person…and as for the douche comment…he has been nothing but sweet to me. I was going through cancer and I had the chance to explain how their music helped me everyday in my treatments. He was very kind and sweet. I will never forget it.
