Lindsay Lohan steps out of the Nine Zero One salon on Thursday (September 1) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 25-year-old actress then switched dresses and stopped by a drug testing and wellness center in Los Angeles.

Earlier in the week, Lindsay was spotted at Shamrock Tattoos getting inked with lyrics from Billy Joel’s song, “I Go to Extremes.”

I don’t get it. She looked absolutely horrible at the wedding. Here she looks ok. It must be the tan. She’d actually look nice if she had her natural hair colour and continued to stay away from the fake tan.
Unfortunately it seems that she is no longer going to appear in Gotti: In the Shadow of My Father (2012). I hope she finally stops fooling around like she has been doing for the last six years.

Looks like all her hair is about to drop out. No way is she sober if she thinks that hair is a good look. At this point she might want to think about shaving it all off and starting again – not much of that hair is hers anyway.

These look strange bc she hasn’t covered her freckles on her forehead and shoulders like she almost always does. And she does look ghastly pale or pasty at best, but this is just one more in a long series of Lindsay shockers. I thought she looked unbelievably beautiful at Kim’s wedding.
