The 23-year-old actress and mama-to-be is in town to spread the word about her novel, Elixir, at a book festival! Hil arrived in town on Saturday.

A huge crowd of fans came out to see Hilary, and she tweeted a photo of the group and a message to thank them. “Wow I am in shock! Thank you so much for all of this love! Rio fans are amazing, makes me want to cry!!!” she tweeted.
