Sarah Jessica Parker celebrates Fashion’s Night Out at the Fred Leighton boutique on Thursday (September 8) in NYC.
The 46-year-old actress can next be seen in I Don’t Know How She Does It, a comedy about a woman who struggles to balance work and motherhood.
“To play a person like Kate Reddy who is, in many ways, more resonant and relative to my life has been a really nice experience,” SJP shared on Good Morning America. “It seemed like an ideal departure to make and something that I thought could also connect with women in an entirely different way.”

I agree, SJP is not public opinion, but published opinion. She’s soo overrated for her role in SATC..I am a fan of the franchise yes, but I think she plays Carrie Bradshaw in every movie role she gets..A 40+ yr old woman who talks in an irritating voice ! Kim Cathral has proved she can stretch herself in diverse movie roles but the industry overlooks her talents or the fact that her other roles are in low budget limited release..SJP gets acclaim for playing Carrie again with new movie title and different plots.
you people do realize thats not her in the last photo, I hope. Sex and the city was a great show. All of the actresses on that show are talented. She seems like a good person and mother. quite being so critical.

I think everyone realizes that is not her in the last photo and it’s not that photo that is the issue. The comments are coming from the photos that are OBVIOUSLY her. I can see how people can think some of those images of her are not that flattering. You’re right, she may be a good person, but good people can look any kind of way. As far as being critical goes, that is kind of what the “Comment” section is for. Having said that, I love SATC.
