The 39-year-old actress is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work in Modern Family.
Sofia met up with her co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his boyfriend Justin Mikita that same evening at the Entertainment Weekly and Women In Film party.
