Miranda Kerr Shares Her Healthy Protein Shake Recipe
The 28-year-old Aussie model recently updated her Kora Organics blog to share a recipe for her favorite healthy protein shake.
“[It's] a great nutritious meal to have for breakfast or in fact at any time of the day. I alternate my shakes and have one basically whenever I feel like making one,” she wrote.
Some of the ingredients she blends together: filtered water, spirulina powder, maca root powder, cacao, flaxseed meal, chia bran, chia oil, almond meal, acai berry powder, and vitamin c powder.
