Hilary Duff heads home after a workout at a Pilates studio on Wednesday (September 21) in Toluca Lake, Calif.
The 23-year-old actress and expectant mama recently shared that she’s been having some crazy dreams lately.

“Pregnancy dreams are crazy! Last night i fired my dentist and hired cheech&chong to do all my dentist work! WHAT? That sounds terrifying!” she wrote on her Twitter account – ha!
